Some Foods And Drinks Pregnant Women Should Avoid

1.Processed meat

Processed meat includes sausages, stuffed food ...is a food that should be avoided during pregnancy. According to a recentresearch of scientists ,If pregnant women eat too much this kind of meat , it can be harmful to the unborn fetus. In case of danger even can cause toxicity to the fetus or lead to miscarriage.

If mothers crave this food , remember to eat with a small amount. Beside, try to process at a high temperatire to ensure foods safe.  

2.Sea foods

Undercooked seafood contain bacteria and viruses that are not safe for the pregnant mother and the development of fetus. During the pregnancy, you need to pay special attention to the processing of foods.Buying foods and cooking at home instead of going out for meals. You also need to know that all kinds of seafood, such as clams, oysters, snails ... despite being process carefully, the risk of infection from seaweeds can still happen. Experts recommend that mothers should eat at a certain level, do not eat too much. When pregnant mothers eat seafood especially shellfishes ,they will have a high risk of bacteria infection. Fishes also contain a high level of mercury that must be avoided absolutely as it may cause harm to the fetus.

3. Coffee

There will be a risk of increasing heart rate and blood pressure that leads to insomnia and headache if women use caffeine drinks such as coffee,tea,soda...during their pregnancy. It also affects the development of the fetus in the abdomen, causing the risk of miscarriage and premature birth.Besides,drinking too much coffee can reduce ability to absorb iron and lead to anemia. Mothers also must not drink alcoholic and carbonated beverages because it can cause birth defects to the fetus. 

4.Longan

Longan is a delicious, fragrant and sweet fruit. However, This alos is a food that mothers should not eat during pregnancy. Because pregnant women often have symptoms of hot inside the body and constipation. While eating more longan will increase heat causing bleeding and abdominal pain, even can injure the fetus and lead to miscarriage.

5.Cheese

Cheese is really not safe for pregnant women. Types of cheese should be avoided during pregnancy include: camembe, rocopho, feta, gorgonzola other types originating from Mexico. Ingredients of these types of cheese contain Listeria bacteria which may cause miscarriage in pregnant women. You should only eat the cheese made from pasteurized fresh milk. Soft cheeses such as blue cheese, ricotta cheese , Latin America soft white cheese should also be avoided during the pregnancy to ensue health for your baby.
