Third, visualize an experience that you feel relaxing from either your memory or imagination.

Finally, take up a sport like yoga that strengthen your muscles and make you feel considerately calmer.

2. Problem solving

Our anger and frustration are sometimes caused by real problems in our lives. It’s sure that if you approach it with the best talent, energy as well as efforts and make attempt seriously to face it, you will excited and be less possibly to lose patience even if your problem hasn’t been resolved well.

3. Better communication

Angry people often tend to rush to conclusions immediately, and of course, these conclusions sometimes can be slightly inappropriate. It's very common for you to get defensive when someone criticizes, but it isn’t a good idea to fight back. Instead, you should listen to what's underlying the words, which may take a lot of patient and require some breathing space, but don't let a discussion spin out of control.

4. Sense of humor

Sometimes, sense of humor can help you get a more balanced perspective with each other. When you are in bad mood and call the other a name or refer to some imaginative phrase, it is really not good at all, stop and consider about  what that word will look like. This may take a lot of the edge off your fury; and in this situation,  humor can be relied on to help unknot a tense situation.
