Tips to whiten the skin in the winter

In the winter, the weather is often cold, and the sunlight is not strong as that in the summer, therefore, we often forget or do not use sunscreen for the skin. However, in fact, the sun in any season can also cause harm to the skin, especially, the skin care in the winter is becoming more necessary than ever. The following special tips will help you always have a healthy skin in the cold winter. 


1. Get enough sleep

Science has proven that getting enough sleep is very important in restoring physical and mental health. Having a good mood will help you increase the work efficiency. Besides, sleeping time also helps remove toxins, make your skin healthier and the dark circles around the eyes are also eliminated quickly. According scientists, we should sleep for 8 hours a day.

2. Always wear sunscreen

You should maintain at least 2 litters of water / day for a healthy skin and do not forget to drink 1 cup of warm water in the morning before eating to supply water to the skin and eliminate all the remaining residues out of the body. However, besides pure water, you can drink fruit juices which contain more nutrients for a better skin and healthier body.

4. Moisturize the skin with herbs

With the dry climate in the winter, moisturizing the skin with nutrients from natural ingredients, especially herbs, is the best method to help your skin smooth. Besides, the rare ingredients in herbal medicine like ganoderma and liquorice will quickly help your skin brighter without cracks. In particular, many scientists said that herbs also help enhance the resistance to your skin, avoiding infections and winkles as well as tightening the pores effectively.
