Scientists have shown that, dangerous to a person asleep when driving is like a person in a state of drunkenness. Statistics from the health organizations also show that the increasing proportion of injury, disability or even death due to traffic accidents in the world because of uncontrolled driving is primarily by drinking and drowsiness.

When starting to sleep, our bodies produce hormones as serotonin, melatonin (which can adjust a number of biological functions). Not having these two hormones can cause some complications for health. Additionally, lack of sleep also makes the body produce adrenaline and cortisol. These two hormones increase heart rate, high blood pressure; raise blood sugar; change the responses of the immune system, inhibit digestive tract and even counteract reproductive system.

The brain has to work all the time we sleep. At that time, the brain still creates links and connects the events of the day, even the past. Research by scientists at the University of Chicago (USA) pointed out that no way improves memory better than a good sleep at night. According to them, sleep has at least two separate effects on the ability to learn and think. At the same time, it reinforces, protects and restores the memory from information disturbance after the moral collapse.
